Management Promotion!!


October 19th marked opening day for president, Alysa Wansnider. Alysa started in the business May of 2014 in the entry-level role. She spent about a year in the leadership position then advanced into assistant management. Once in assistant management, it took only 4 months for Alysa to advance to management. 

Alysa was one of the hardest workers in the office, always wanting to improve and learn. Her drive for success was evident to others, which drove the office to perform at a much higher level.  

Alysa started in the business for the progression. She realized that she could be successful with just hard work, a good attitude, and perseverance. When things were hard, she had the support of the office to help get her to where she wants to be.  Alysa attributes her success to the people within the office, and she is looking forward to helping grow the people within her organization!
